We’re not just a trade company. We’re a Tribe.
Electrical work gets done by a lot of companies. What sets us apart isn’t just the work. It’s the way we do it. Warm, personal, real. Less corporate, more human.

Kohner didn’t set out to start a typical electrical company. He started doing side jobs alongside a few people he trusted: good work, genuine connections, clients who actually felt taken care of. That feeling stuck.
He kept coming back to one idea: what if the trade industry didn’t have to feel so transactional? What if a crew could show up not just to do a job, but to actually take care of the person behind it? What if the people doing the work felt like they were part of something: a shared purpose, a shared standard, a shared identity?
That’s where Tribe came from. Not just a business name, but a belief: that the best work happens when people feel like they belong to something bigger than a single job. When a client isn’t just a contract. They’re someone whose vision you’re helping bring to life.
We’re warm, we’re reliable, and yes, sometimes we’re a little goofy. But that’s the point. The best version of this job isn’t someone showing up, installing a fixture, and leaving. It’s a conversation. It’s walking you through your options, making sure you feel heard, and delivering something you’re genuinely happy with. That’s the Tribe way. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
We do the work right, the first time.
We communicate clearly: no surprises, no guessing.
We treat every client like a long-term relationship.
We bring the same energy to every project, big or small.
